Annual Workshops
The Ouachita River Art Gallery hosts two workshops a year, spring and fall, with well-known artists in various media. Smaller 2-3 day workshops are held throughout the year by regional artists. A deposit is usually required to hold a place in each workshop.

Neon Reflections, Watercolor

9AM – 4PM, Kiroli Park Lodge, West Monroe, LA.
John’s workshop begins with abstraction and encourages representational painters to experiment with a different style; it encourages experienced abstract painters to explore new possibilities. The design elements explored through abstraction are then applied to representational paintings. John's workshops include demonstrations, critiques, and lots of individual help. He works with artists at all levels of experience. His work has been featured in books and magazines including American Artist's "Watercolor" magazine, "The Artist's Magazine," "Watercolor Magic," and "International Artist."
